The incident happened on Sunday (August 15) in the Baghpat district of Uttar Pradesh, and police have registered a case and are searching for the accused.
Muhammed Naushad was selling biryani in front of a Jain temple in Uttar Pradesh’s Baghpat on Sunday (August 15). When some devotees objected, Naushad and his friends beat up the devotees and attacked the devotees' bus.
Nirvana Mahotsava was being observed in Parsvanath Digambar Jain temple in Baghpat on Sunday (August 15), and devotees had come in large numbers.
They noticed that one Muhammed Naushad was selling biryani at the temple's gate with the banner of Jain Sikanji.
Devotees objected to it.
Naushad called some of his friends and attacked the devotees.
Police have booked Naushad, Sharafat, Arshad, Nadeem, Shahzad and Sonu under various sections of the IPC. Police are searching for the accused who has fled after the incident.
