Dalhousie, Princeton, and the University of Mass-Boston have withdrawn from a virtual conference titled "Dismantling Global Hindutva".
After the Hindu American Foundation wrote to the heads of 41 American universities, three have withdrawn from the Anti-Hindu conference.
“HAF's campaign to write to 41 universities ostensibly co-sponsoring the DGH event resulted in over 650,000 messages being delivered in less than 24 hours, overwhelming the system. The official DGH website has been down all day. Where are we now?” posted the Hindu American Foundation (HAF).
It added, “Three universities--Dalhousie, Princeton, and University of Mass-Boston--have confirmed that they are not sponsors and asked that their logos be removed. 3 other logos were removed from the DGH site before it went down. We'll still be following up with others.”
Radicals are organising a virtual conference titled "Dismantling Global Hindutva" from September 10-12. Earlier, 41 American universities were sponsoring the event. But, after the protest, three have dropped their names.
Audrey Truschke has been leading the hate campaign against Hindus in the garb of academics. Rashmi Samant, who was hounded by the radicals after she won the presidential election for the Oxford University Students’ Union, said, “She attacks Hindus and Hinduism in broad daylight and then claims victimhood by claiming to be criticising the current government.”
