Over 47 crore 85 lakh doses of COVID vaccine administered in the country so far

 Union Health Ministry said more than 61 lakh nine thousand vaccine doses were administered in the last 24 hours.

 

The country has administered over 47 crores 85 lakh doses of COVID vaccine so far under Nationwide Vaccination Drive. Union Health Ministry said more than 61 lakh nine thousand vaccine doses were administered in the last 24 hours.

 

The Ministry said 38 thousand 887 patients recovered from Covid during the last 24 hours, and the national recovery rate has reached 97.38 per cent. Till now, more than three crores eight lakh people have recovered from COVID-19.

 

The Country has reported 30 thousand 549 new cases in the last 24 hours. Currently, India’s active caseload is at around four lakh four thousand. The active cases constitute 1.28 per cent of the total reported cases so far. Daily Positivity Rate stands at 1.85 per cent.

 

The Ministry said, testing capacity has been substantially ramped up, and 47.12 crore COVID-19 tests have been conducted so far.
