The Vishva Hindu Parishad’s Kendriya Margdarshak Mandal meeting is in process in Haridwar today.
The senior leadership of the organisation will be discussing a number of social issues including the progress of the Ram temple construction in Ayodhya.
The meeting is also expected to discuss the issue of the control and management of the temple properties in the country.
Religious conversions and the issue of Love-Jihad is also expected to be taken up for discussion.
The VHP Working President Alok Kumar, Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Khsetra General Secretary Champat Rai and many saints and seers from across the country are participating in the meeting.
The VHP ran a successful campaign for collecting funds for the construction of the grand Shri Ram temple in Ayodhya.
So far, more than INR 5000 crore has been collected and accounting work is still in progress.
