In what could be a massive revelation about the mobile app ‘Sulli Deals’, a private conversation suggests the app was developed by one Javed Alam of Uttar Pradesh.
An expose account, @sullidealsXpose , put out a private conversation between Alam and a Muslim woman in which Alam claims to have developed the app.
The woman provided the transcript of the conversation to @sullidealsXpose .
In the leaked conversation, Alam says he created the app and doesn’t regret it. He further claims that it will teach a nice lesson to those Muslim women who post their pictures on social media platforms.
The expose claims that Alam, 23, is a pass out from GLA University in Mathura and works as a software developer with a private company.
Since the Sulli Deals put up pictures and profiles of only Muslim women, the press reported that it was the handiwork of some Hindu elements.
A blatant attempt was made to connect Hindus to the crime even when there was no proof at the time that it was developed by any Hindu.
Qatar-based news channel Al Jazeera lapped up the issue and tried to present it as a tool developed by some Hindu, again without any proof.
The Delhi Police had registered a case and were investigating the matter.
