BJP office Vandalised in West Bengal’s 24 North Parganas

A BJP office in the Baranagar area of North 24 Parganas district in poll-bound West Bengal was vandalised. BJP alleged that the TMC goons are responsible for the vandalism and has lodged a police complaint.   On February 25, a few BJP workers were attacked by TMC goons in the Jagatdal area, claimed a BJP worker Ram Avtar Prasad. The incident allegedly took place a few kilometres away from Naihati and Barrackpore area, where BJP National President JP Nadda attended various programs during his visit to the state.   The Election Commission of India announced that West Bengal will see an eight-phase election. The first phase of polling on March 27, the second phase of polling on April 1, the third phase of polling on April 6, the fourth phase of polling on April 10, fifth phase of polling on April 17, sixth phase polling on April 22, the seventh phase is on April 26 and final phase polling will be on April 29.

NIA to probe into targeted civilian killings in Kashmir

In a major development, the National Investigation Agency (NIA) is expected to the probe into four cases of targeted Killings in Kashmir, including the killing of ML Bindroo, a Kashmiri Pandit and pharmacist.
