Sathya Sai Baba will be amongst us—Dr Pravin Togadia

IN his tribute to Sri Sathya Sai Baba VHP general secretary Dr Pravin Togadia said, “It is the greatest miracle that Bhagwan Sathya Sai Baba left His worldly body exactly after the Dev Graha Bruhaspati (Guru) had udaya today at 07.29 am which was asta for some time. This means He will be there with all of us through His spiritual powers all the time.

Sri Sathya Sai Baba did for the poor, the needy, the ill and the needy what mighty governments haven’t done. He created 3 high tech multi-facilities hospitals. By free heart surgeries He saved many people. Giving water to the thirsty is the greatest thing. He created systems that supplied clean water to around 750 villages in Andhra’s Ananthpur district. He also created university and institutions that are giving free higher education. He will always be with us through His philanthropic work in the fields of health, education and water supply.

Sri Sathya Sai Baba has always cherished a dream and wish of a grand temple of Bhagwan Sri Ram at His birthplace in Ayodhya. Now it is the responsibility of all His devotees to fulfill His dream rising above political party lines. He also stood with Vishwa Hindu Parishad in its movement against breaking Rameshwaram Ram Sethu. It is also the responsibility of the concerned governments not to hurt His devotees and Hindu sentiments by any such acts that He would not have supported such as breaking the Ram Sethu. He was very keen that temples, Mutts and Ashrams must not be acquired by governments as they belong to the Bhagwans and devotees – therefore, governments should not more break His and His devotees’ hearts by grabbing temples, Mutts and Ashrams.

We are sure that Sri Sathya Sai Baba will always be amongst us and the VHP will always be grateful to Him for His inspiration and guidance.”
