Birth anniversary of Prithviraj Chauhan celebrated in Beawar
?Conversion will not be tolerated??Dr Pravin Togadia

FOC

?THOUSANDS of Tabligh Jamat activists by visiting the remote villages are terrorising the poor, illiterate and innocent Hindus. The Muslim families living in the remote villages are being forced to adopt fundamentalist Islamic rituals and efforts are also being made to convert the Hindus into Islam. The whole history of Tabligh Jamat has been sectarian and in the guise of secularism they are involved in anti-India activities. The Central Government should take strict action against the anti-national activities of Tabligh Jamat and other such Islamic organisations,? said Dr Pravin Togadia, general secretary of Vishwa Hindu Parishad. He was addressing a gathering of more than 10,000 Hindus assembled at the premises of Ashapura Mata Mandir in Beawar, Rajasthan, on May 14 to celebrate the birth anniversary of Prithviraj Chauhan.

Dr Togadia also demanded similar strict action against the Christian missionaries, which are not only involved in terrorist activities in north-eastern states but are also converting people with terror. He said the countrymen would not tolerate conversion at all. ?If the conversion continues with fraudulent means, it could invite strong reaction from people. Therefore, the anti-conversion laws should be enacted timely in all the States and the Center.

He said Prithviraj Chauhan was the great protector of Hindu culture and freedom of the country. He said the ashes of that hero should be brought from Afghanistan and kept with proper respect in Delhi. Over 250 Bajrang Dal activists were granted trishul at the function. Later, speaking at another function he said the VHP was going to start one-lakh service projects in the areas, which are conversion prone. He called upon the society to donate for the cause and also appealed to the people to adopt some tehsils or districts for running service projects.

Shri Mohan Joshi, central secretary of VHP, called upon the countrymen to support the VHP and other nationalist forces to reintegrate India. He stressed the need to celebrate the birth anniversary of Prithviraj Chauan across the country. He cautioned the Central Government and the Prime Minister that Pakistan was a cheater like Mohammad Ghauri and it should not be trusted at all. Shri Dharmnarayan Sharma, central secretary of VHP, said the Ram Sethu was being demolished under the conspiracy of America. Shri Raghubir Singh, former king of the Sirohi kingdom, presented the glorious history of Prithviraj Chauhan and called upon the audience to resolve for the protection of the country. Prior to the function, Dr Togadia was welcomed in the city in large procession.
