* Thirty-six tent cities were erected at the 400 acres of land and all the cities were fully equipped with all basic amenities including toilets, medical, kitchen, communication, etc. All cities were named after great personalities.

* The height of the stage was 75 feet depicting the legend lord Krishna carrying Govardhan mountain on his finger. The 75 feet flag was set up in a kalash.

* Apart from 49,034 uniformed swayamsevaks, more than 7,000 people were involved in arrangements of the camp. These swayamsevaks came from 16 districts of Uttar Pradesh.

* More than 1,250 vehicles were used in the camp. No taxi or driver was hired.

* Apart from the latest communication facilities like e-mail and internet for the media, fifty-two local telephone connections, 16 walky-talky and 15 lines of intercom were set up. The Telephone department separately opened PCO, STD, ISD and e-mail booths at the Shivir.

* Shankaracharya of Kanchi Kamakoti Peetham, Swami Jayendra Saraswati also sent his message for the Mahashivir.

* Modern medical facilities including X-ray, ECG, Ambulance, etc, were provided. Besides 35 mobile medical vans, a 100-bed hospital was also set up at the Shivir.

* Live telecast of all activities of the camp was arranged by the City channel and Moon cable for lakhs of people of Agra city.

* Whenever the swayamsevaks had time they visited the exhibition and bookstalls set up at the camp.

* A 113 year old Swayamsevak Shri Shanta Puri came from Kasganj.

* Two families of four generations also attended the camp.

* Four brothers S/Shri Uma Shankar, Gauri Shankar, Girija Shankar and Bhawani Shankar who are all third year OTC trained, came from Kasganj.

* An exhibition showing the different activities of the Sangh was inaugurated by Union Minister for Information and Broadcasting Sushma Swaraj and Dr. Chandra Prakash Dwivedi who played the role Chanakya in the famous TV serial Chanakya.
