VHP celebrates Shrimad Bhagwat Saptah

TO commemorate the
Pitru shraadh week and to instil religious feelings amongst the local Hindus,
Vishwa Hindu Parishad--Newham Branch (East London) arranged a Shrimad Bhagwat Saptah
in October 1999. The Katha was rendered by Pujya Shri Sharadbhai
Vyas. A number of local Hindu attended the function.
Shri Sharadbhai Vyas is
associated with the VHP activities in India and has an ashram
in Dharampur, Gujarat, in the vicinity of the Dangs where Christian
missionaries are allegedly active in converting innocent tribal Hindus.
